Refund Policy - the basics
Deposits taken to secure a booking are non-refundable. Deposits cover the time reserved and preparation for your scheduled service.
Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will review the issue and arrange to return to resolve the problem where possible.
We are committed to providing a high standard of service and will always aim to put things right where necessary.
