1. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by Bingley Cleaning Services Ltd. A deposit
may be required to secure your booking.

2. Payments
Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept payment by
bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur a late payment fee.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a
cancellation fee (up to 50% of the agreed service cost). If we are unable to gain access to the
property at the agreed time, the full service charge may apply.

4. Service Standards

Our cleaners will perform all agreed tasks to a professional standard. If you are unhappy with the
service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. We cannot be held
responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in the property.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access to the property. Clients should ensure areas to be cleaned are
free from hazards. Valuables should be put away; we accept no liability for items not secured prior
to cleaning.

6. Liability

We hold Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. We are not liable for damage caused by
faulty equipment, old materials, or improper installation in your property.

7. Products & Equipment

Unless agreed otherwise, we provide our own cleaning products and equipment. If the client
requests use of their own products/equipment, we cannot accept liability for any damage caused.

8. Keys & Security

Keys entrusted to us will be kept securely and returned upon request. We will not label keys with
your address for safety reasons.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning arrangements with at least 7 days’ notice.

10. Deposit Details

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of the clean.
